Our kayak carts feature sturdy aluminum tube frames with a 165 lb. maximum load capacity. Large PU tires roll smoothly over sand, grass, and road surfaces, while the included 12" tie-down straps securely hold full-size kayaks and canoes during transport. The carts disassemble for compact storage without special tools, making it easier to move boats to and from the water and reducing the need for heavy lifting.

The cart is suitable for kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, float pads, and jon boats, and moves a single canoe or kayak easily from the parking area to the water.
The solid metal frame supports up to 200 pounds. It is made of high-strength anodized steel while keeping the cart weight to just 8 lbs. A 9-1/4 inch spring-loaded kickstand holds the cart upright on the shore for quick loading at the water's edge. Stainless steel fasteners and chrome lynch pins are included.
Oversized foam bumpers on each arm protect canoe and kayak hulls from scratches and dents.
Please note that the tires are airless, not inflatable.

Our factory covers more than 6,000 square meters and specializes in canoe trailers, canoe racks, canoe accessories, and related products. We have more than 60 employees, including more than ten managers, two senior sample makers, and three quality inspectors. Our main processes are cutting, bending, surface treatment, assembly, and packaging, supported by two cutting machines, three injection molding machines, punch and drilling machines, and other specialized equipment. Each assembly line has dedicated QC staff, keeping the product pass rate at 99%. Customers are welcome to visit our factory.
