The boat canopy is made from 600D marine-grade polyester canvas with a PU coating that is waterproof and UV resistant. It holds up in poor weather and shields the cockpit from UV exposure, rain, sun, and dirt. Seams are double stitched for added strength, longer service life, and a cleaner finish. The frame uses 1-inch bright anodized aluminum tube with a 1.5mm wall thickness. Each set includes two adjustable webbing straps and two rear support poles. All mounting accessories and installation instructions are supplied with the set. A zippered storage bag is included at no extra charge. Canopy fabric is available in a choice of colors. A range of sizes is available, and customization is accepted. A maximum boat speed of 25 MPH is recommended while the bimini top is deployed.
Alternative frame materials are available, including 316 stainless steel and square aluminum tube. Twelve colors available: Light Grey; Pacific Blue; Burgundy; Navy Blue; Dark Grey; Teal; White; Green; Black; Sand.

Factory Info

The factory has produced marine awnings, boat covers, ladders, and related products for more than 13 years. The factory covers an area of about 15,000 square meters. It employs more than 150 staff, including over 20 in management, five sample-making technicians, six designers, and six quality inspectors. In-house processes cover tube cutting, bending and punching, surface treatment, sewing, trimming, and assembly and packaging. Equipment includes 80 flatbed machines, more than ten double-needle machines, three binding machines, hot tape sealing machines, embossing machines, and other specialized units. Four production lines are in operation, each staffed with experienced quality control personnel, and the pass rate reaches 99%. Customers are welcome to visit the factory for audits or sample review.
