Our boat covers are made of ocean-class 600D PU polyester fabric. The fabric is strong and resistant to wear in daily use. The 600D Marine grade has excellent waterproofing and can withstand 1000m+ hydrostatic pressure. This fabric also has excellent UV resistance, up to the US standard of 4-5. The cover is double-stitched to maintain sufficient strength and durability. The hood's bottom features adjustable straps for quick-release bucking and elastic rope, and the entire bottom pendulum provides a tight and custom fit. We offer free storage bags that keep the lid and straps in a neat place when you're not using them. This heavy-duty cover is designed for long-term storage, mooring, and road travel.

How should you choose the right protective cover for your boat?

 

To select the correct size cover, you must first measure your boat!

1. Measure the length of the centerline. (Straight-line distance from bow to stern, excluding motor, make sure to include tolerance for the excessive height of the prow railing, traction motor, ladder, cross-truss platform, etc., not measured above the windshield)

2. Measure the width. Linear measurement of the widest part of a ship, from one side to the other. Don't go over the windshield.)

3. Choose a cover description that closely resembles your boat's style. Check the size sheet and choose the size closest to the length and width of your boat. If your size reaches its maximum height, move on to the next dimension.

4. To extend the cover's life and prevent excessive water accumulation, we recommend choosing a support rod for the best effect.

Factory Info

Our factory covers an area of about 13,000 square meters. We have a series of workshops specializing in sewing products such as car covers, ship covers, furniture covers, etc. We have about 150 employees, including 20 managers, five technical sample makers, and six quality inspectors. Our leading technological process includes: cutting - sewing - trimming, 80 flatbed machines, more than ten double needle machines, three sets of binding machines, hot sealing tape machines, edge sewing machines, and other professional equipment. We have set up four production lines; each line is equipped with experienced quality control personnel to ensure that the product qualified rate reaches 99%.
