1. About the frame material of the camping furniture we manufacture.
We usually use aluminum, steel, wood, and bamboo as frame materials.
2. About the choice of some fabrics.
Oxford fabric, polyester and canvas are the most commonly used options. Alternative main fabrics can be supplied according to customer specification.
3. About the mark of the logo.
Several branding methods are available. Laser marking is normally used on the frames of camping tables and chairs, while woven labels, silk screen printing, embroidery or leather labels are used on fabric parts.
4. About the pattern customization of the fabric.
Pattern customization is produced by digital printing, offset printing, heat transfer or weaving. The most suitable method is selected according to the design and the required finish.
5. About our MOQ.
Standard MOQ is 500-1000 pieces per color per item. MOQ can be adjusted according to the product and the order requirements.
6. About our R&D design team.
An in-house laboratory and a dedicated R&D team support new product development, with annual investment of at least USD 400,000 in research and engineering resources.
7. About the provision of samples.
Samples are available with a lead time of approximately 5-7 days. A sample charge applies and is refundable once the order is confirmed.
8. About the packaging.
Most products are supplied with a carry bag and packed several units per master carton. Hang tags, color boxes and barcode artwork can also be customized.
9. About the time of delivery.
After order confirmation and deposit payment, all details are reconfirmed before production. Standard mass production lead time is 40-45 days.
