We are an outdoor camping gear manufacturer providing OEM and ODM services, with in-house research and product development.
1. About the frame material of the camping furniture we manufacture.
Steel and iron are our standard frame materials, and other tube sizes or wall thicknesses can be quoted on request.
2. About the choice of some fabrics.
Oxford fabric is the material we use most often. We can also produce with the main fabric you require, based on the specification or sample you supply.
3. About the mark of the logo.
Logos are applied by woven label, screen printing, embroidery, or leather patch, depending on the fabric and the placement.
4. About the pattern customization of the fabric.
Pattern customization is produced by digital printing, offset printing, thermal transfer, or weaving. We advise on the process that best suits your artwork and the required finish.
5. About our MOQ.
Our standard MOQ is 500 to 1000 pieces per product in a single color. Lower quantities can be reviewed according to the product and the scope of customization.
6. About our R&D design team.
Our in-house laboratory and design team develop new products each year, with an annual research budget of at least 400,000 US dollars. Development can also be carried out to your own drawings or concepts.
7. About the provision of samples.
Samples are available for your evaluation, with a lead time of about 5 to 7 days. The sample cost is charged in advance and refunded once a bulk order is confirmed.
8. About the packaging.
Most products are supplied with a carry bag and packed one piece per master carton. Hang tags, color boxes, and barcode labels can be produced to your specification.
9. About the time of delivery.
After the order is confirmed, we collect the deposit and review all production details with you. Mass production normally takes 35 to 40 days.
