Why specify a glamping tent?

Comfort

Canvas tents offer more than conventional camping tents. Made from polyester-cotton canvas, they combine strong air permeability with good water resistance, and the exterior design adds a domestic, comfortable feel. The interior of the cabin tent carries a black coating that blocks ultraviolet light and reduces light transmission, so occupants sleep undisturbed.

Durability

Structural stability is high. The canvas tent uses 19mm diameter steel tubes, each rated to 50kg, and withstands force 8 winds without deformation. The pipe connectors are ABS, which holds up to repeated assembly. Service life is up to 3 years.

Waterproofing

The canvas is a tear-resistant ripstop weave with a waterproof rating of 4500mm. Waterproof tape is applied to the seams of the outer fabric to stop rain ingress, and the inner fabric stitching is also sealed.

Factory Introduction

Our factory covers more than 4,000 square meters and specializes in camping tents, including T/C and inflatable models. The plant employs over 200 people, including more than 15 management staff, 4 technical sampling specialists and 6 quality control staff. Every production step is controlled to hold the pass rate at 99%. The main process runs from raw material inspection to fabric cutting, sewing, inspection, assembly and packing. Equipment includes 70 two-needle sewing machines, 12 single-needle machines, 2 glue machines, 2 tape cutting machines, 1 apron machine, 1 fabric inspection machine and 2 pattern prototypes.
