These hard-shell rooftop tents mount on the roof rack of a car, SUV, or pickup truck and open on hydraulic struts, giving a raised sleeping space that sets up in minutes. Two shell versions are available: aluminum alloy and 4 mm ABS, both over a 200 GSM PU-coated polyester-cotton canvas body. Both models share the same components:

• Body fabric: 200 GSM polyester-cotton canvas, PU-coated, 2000 mm waterproof rating, UPF 50+
• Rain cover: 210D Oxford, PU 3000 mm, UPF 50+
• Floor: aluminum honeycomb bed board
• Mattress: 4 cm high-density sponge, density 27
• Mesh: 110 g high-density hexagonal mesh on the windows and door
• Ladder: 2.3 m telescoping aluminum
• Hinges: stainless steel
• Included: camping lamp, flysheet, and interior storage pockets for phones and water bottles

The shell has passed high-temperature testing at up to 80°C, and the tents carry CE certification.

Vehicle and Roof Rack Fit

The tents mount on two standard crossbars or a platform rack, the same bars used for bikes or kayaks, and are not fixed directly to the vehicle roof. Most overland racking systems on pickup truck beds also take a rooftop tent. When selecting models for a market, buyers should check the dynamic load rating of the target vehicles and their racks against the tent weight.
