Portable Outdoor Envelop Sleeping Bag with Hood

Material: the shell is 210T rip-stop polyester, selected for its tear resistance, and the lining is 190T polyester pongee, which gives a soft handle against the skin. The bag is filled with hollow cotton, providing warmth with a low packed volume.

Accessories: each bag is supplied with a single carry bag and can be rolled into it within a few seconds. Filling weight can be adjusted to the temperature rating you require. The packed size is small enough for the bag to be carried in a backpack, and it only needs to be taken out of the carry bag before use.

Details: the envelope shape with hood allows more room for movement, particularly around the foot area. The hood keeps the head covered, while the neckline and draft tube reduce heat loss along the zipper. An internal pocket holds a phone or small valuables overnight. The two-way zipper opens from either end, and S-shaped quilting holds the filling in place and limits cold spots. The shell is water repellent to protect the insulation in damp conditions, and a drawstring on the hood allows the opening to be closed down in colder weather.

Our factory

The factory produces travel sleeping bags, children's printed sleeping bags, and camping mats. The site covers 26,000 square meters with 12,500 square meters of building area, and total investment is approximately RMB 50 million. Equipment includes 126 computerized sewing machines, 13 computerized quilting machines, 3 carding assembly lines, 1 glue-free wadding line, 8 needle-detection machines, 2 camping mat laminating machines, 16 overlock machines, and 2 computerized prototyping units. The workforce totals more than 300 people, including over 260 production staff (of which more than 130 are sewing operators) and over 40 management and sales personnel. Daily output covers 8,000 single-layer S-quilted envelope bags, 7,500 hooded envelope and single-layer mummy bags, 3,700 double bags, and 6,000 camping mats. Products are exported to the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, and Russia.
