Sleeping Bag Manufacturer and Supplier

We manufacture and supply sleeping bags in bulk with OEM and ODM services, supported by in-house product development, sampling, and production control.
1. Outer materials used in our sleeping equipment.
Standard shell options include 190T polyester, plaid fabric, Oxford fabric, and nylon. Other specifications can be quoted on request.

2. Lining and inner materials.
Polyester pongee, peach skin, and brushed fabric are the linings we use most often. Customer-nominated fabrics can also be sourced or supplied by the buyer.

3. Logo application.
Several marking methods are available. Single-color silk screen printing is included at no extra charge, and embroidery can be arranged where a higher-end finish is required.

4. Fabric color customization.
Custom colors are available once the agreed MOQ is met. Patterns can be produced by digital printing, offset printing, or heat transfer, and we advise on the most suitable method for each design.

5. MOQ.
Our standard MOQ is 500 to 1,000 pieces per color for each item. Quantities can be reviewed according to the product and the scope of the order.

6. R&D and design.
We maintain an in-house laboratory and invest at least USD 400,000 each year in new product development, supported by a dedicated design and sampling team.

7. Samples.
Samples take approximately 14 to 20 days to prepare. Sample charges apply and are refunded once an order is confirmed.

8. Packaging.
Most products come with a carry bag and packed in master cartons. Hang tags, color boxes, and barcode labels can be produced to your specification.

9. Lead time.
After order confirmation and receipt of the deposit, we review all production details with you. Mass production normally takes 40 to 45 days.
