The pad compresses to a small pack size for storage. The wave structure combines the properties of honeycomb and horizontal baffle designs, following the contour of the body and reducing pressure at the neck, back and hips. Pressure is distributed evenly across the surface, and the corrugated air channels improve internal air circulation. The integrated recessed neck pillow has a standard height of 10cm and supports the head. Material: 40D nylon with TPU coating, giving a comfortable surface texture with moisture resistance and good abrasion resistance. Edges are joined by a heat-sealing and pressing process, which increases burst and crack resistance in use.

Valve: a two-stage valve is fitted at the end of the pad. Opening the upper valve allows inflation by mouth, by air pump, or with the optional inflation bag, which is filled with air and then emptied into the pad. Opening the lower valve deflates the pad in approximately one second. The item has passed a TUV test of 8 hours under a 150KGS load with no air loss.

Height: when inflated, the 6cm thickness provides cushioning and insulation inside a sleeping bag or tent, and is sufficient for use on gravel and other uneven surfaces.

The pad combines low weight with a small pack size. It can be folded and compressed for storage, which makes it suitable for transport in a backpack or suitcase.

Air cell shape: the wave pattern is produced with our own mold, and further patterns are available, including square, rhombus, hexagon and octagon. All cells inflate evenly across the full surface, and this version includes an integrated hood. Customized shapes can be developed on request.
