We are an established manufacturer of outdoor sleeping equipment, specializing in OEM and ODM production as well as in-house product development.

1. About the outer materials of the sleeping equipment we produce.
We usually use 190T polyester, plaid cloth, Oxford cloth, and nylon as outer materials.

2. Regarding the selection of some internal materials.
Polyester pongee, peach skin and brushed fabrics are the most commonly used linings. Alternative fabrics can be supplied according to customer specification.

3. Regarding the marking of the logo.
Several branding methods are available. Black and white silk screen printing is provided free of charge; embroidered logos are available as an upgraded option.

4. Regarding fabric color customization.
Color selection is available once the specified MOQ is reached. Customized patterns can be produced by digital printing, offset printing or heat transfer, with the method selected according to the design.

5. About our MOQ.
Standard MOQ is 500-1000 pieces per color per item. MOQ can be adjusted according to the product and the order requirements.

6. About our R&D design team.
An in-house laboratory and a dedicated R&D team support new product development, with annual investment of at least USD 400,000 in research and engineering resources.

7. Regarding the provision of samples.
Samples are available with a lead time of approximately 14-20 days. A sample charge applies and is refundable once the order is confirmed.

8. About the packaging.
Most products are supplied with a carry bag and packed several units per master carton. Hang tags, color boxes and barcode artwork can also be customized.

9. Regarding delivery time.
After order confirmation and deposit payment, all details are reconfirmed before production. Standard mass production lead time is 40-45 days.
