A sleeping pad is a core item in any overnight outdoor assortment, and material, thickness, and size all affect the end-user experience. Many buyers select pads over camp cots because a pad has no metal frame, weighs less, and packs down small enough to fit in a backpack, which a cot cannot do.

Inflated size is 190 x 55 x 6 cm, with raised side rails that hold the user in position; the difference in height between the centre and the sides is 5 cm. The shell is 40D nylon with TPU, and the pad has two TPU valves, one press valve for inflation and one that requires a pump. The press valve can be specified with a sponge or a dedicated plastic insert. The internal air cells are triangular, and six variant shapes can be developed, which requires a new mould and a tooling charge. An inflatable pillow is integrated, so no separate pillow is needed.

Fabric colors can be produced to a Pantone code supplied by the buyer.

Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces with the standard 40D nylon TPU shell. Alternative materials can be used once the relevant MOQ is met, although we recommend keeping the standard fabric where low weight and breathability are required.

Application: the pad can be laid directly on flat, smooth ground or grass, while stony surfaces are not recommended. It is also frequently used on top of a camp cot for added comfort. After use, opening the valve for about one minute makes the pad easier to fold.
