Portable Inflated Sleeping Pad
Shell material: the pad is made from 40D nylon with a TPU coating. The fabric is puncture resistant and retains air reliably, so the pad can be used inside a tent or placed directly on rough ground.
Valve system: a two-layer valve is fitted at the foot end of the pad. The upper valve is used for inflation and needs only 5 to 7 breaths, while the lower valve releases the air in about one second. TUV testing recorded no measurable air loss over 8 hours under a 150 kg load. Two valve types are available: a self-inflating valve, which fills automatically once opened, and a manual valve, which is filled with a pump or with the supplied inflation bag. Using the bag keeps moisture and dust out of the air chamber.
Integrated pillow: the pillow section is shaped with a lower centre and raised sides to support the head during sleep.
Inflated height: at 5 cm, the pad provides sufficient cushioning and ground insulation for use in a tent or with a sleeping bag, including on gravel surfaces.
Air-cell pattern: the flower-shaped cells are formed with our own mould. Square, rhombus, hexagon, and octagon patterns are also available, and further patterns can be developed to your design. All chambers remain connected after inflation.
