Wholesale and OEM/ODM Order Process
Inquiry: Send us the products you need, order quantities, and target market. For ODM requests, include drawings or reference samples so we can review the design.
Quotation: We provide pricing, MOQ, and details of the available customization options.
Sampling: Samples take 2–7 days to prepare, depending on the product and customization work.
Bulk production: Once the samples are approved, bulk production takes 25–35 days.
Quality inspection and shipment: Finished orders are inspected before packing and shipment.
Inside Our Camping Gear Factories
Homful produces a range of camping products in-house, and our factory videos show how they are made.
Camping tents: Tent production covers in-house R&D, fabric cutting, sewing, seam sealing, and finishing. Before packing, tent fabric is tested for tear strength, water penetration, rubbing color fastness, and xenon arc light fastness.
Camping chairs: Our chairs have frames made from steel, aluminum, iron, and wood. Covers are cut and sewn in our own tailoring workshop, hardware is made in our own hardware workshop, and carpenters handle the wooden frames.
Sleeping bags and pads: Polyester shell fabric and hollow-fiber filling are stored in our own warehouse, then cut, filled, and packed in the sleeping bag workshop. Inflatable pillows go through tear, water-penetration, and light-fastness testing before they ship.
Stoves: Camping stoves go through mold making, die casting, regulator production, automatic punching, electrostatic spray painting, and plastic-part production before final assembly. Every stove must pass a safety test before it leaves the factory.

What is your MOQ for camping gear?
The MOQ is 100 units for standard products and 1,000 units for OEM orders with your logo, colors, or packaging.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Samples take 2 to 7 days. Bulk production takes 25 to 35 days after sample approval.
Can I mix different camping products in one order?
Yes. Tents, furniture, sleeping gear, and cooking equipment can be combined in one order and shipped on mixed-SKU pallets.
Can you make camping gear from our own design?
Yes. Send drawings or a reference sample, and we will quote it as an ODM project, from development through bulk production.
How do you control quality on camping gear?
Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, and every order passes QC inspection before packing. Tent fabric is tested for tear strength, water penetration, and color fastness, and every camping stove is safety-tested before it ships.
Where is your camping gear made?
Production is in China, and selected products can also be made at our Vietnam and Cambodia factories.
Can I see your factory before ordering?
Yes. Our factory videos show the production lines, and buyers traveling to China are welcome to visit.
Our camping sample room features products across multiple categories, including tents, folding chairs and tables, camping cots, sleeping bags and mats, cookware, grills, and wagons. Buyers visiting our factory can compare fabrics, frames, and sizes side by side when selecting samples. We update the displays as new models go into production.
