A: The sample is free. You only have to bear the shipping cost. The sample cost will be refunded as soon as you place the official order.

A: 2-7 days for the sample and 10-30 days for mass production.

Q: Can I choose the color or have my logo on the product?
A: OEM & ODM are welcome if the QTY is more than 1000PCS.

Q: How do you inspect the product during production?
A: We have a QC department to follow up on raw material and finished product inspection. Special inspection instruments in the lab to do the necessary tests. 3rd party inspection report is provided.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: We offer you 12 months warranty. The hardshell car rooftop tent will be upgraded to 24 months warranty.
