Q: Are samples available, and are they chargeable?
A: Samples are supplied free of charge; the buyer covers freight. The sample cost is refunded once a formal order is placed.

Q: What are the lead times?
A: 2-7 days for samples; 10-30 days for mass production after order confirmation.

Q: Can the color and logo be customized?
A: Yes. OEM and ODM are accepted for order quantities above 1,000 pcs.

Q: How is quality controlled during production?
A: Our QC department inspects incoming raw materials and finished goods, and in-house lab instruments are used for the required tests. Third-party inspection reports can be arranged on request.

Q: What warranty is provided?
A: Standard warranty is 12 months. Hard-shell rooftop tents are covered for 24 months.

Q: Which payment terms do you accept?
