Why an RV cover is required
Vehicles parked outdoors for extended periods accumulate bird droppings, leaves, dirt and water marks, which increases cleaning time before each trip. A cover reduces that cleaning workload.
RV roofs are generally built from metal cladding and a vinyl membrane, both exposed to wind, rain and UV. Roof and body panels are fixed with adhesive and screws around the edges, vents and air-conditioner openings. Prolonged direct sunlight causes the vinyl layer to crack, after which moisture can penetrate around the fasteners and reach the underlying timber. Where covered parking is not available, the roof and body require periodic liquid vinyl coating; a cover is the lower-cost alternative for routine protection.

Fitting the cover takes approximately 30 minutes. The zippered access panel allows food and equipment to be moved in and out without removing the cover.
Visibility when parked overnight
Reflective strips at the front and rear reflect the headlights of approaching vehicles.
The vents increase air circulation under the cover, which keeps the roof area dry after rain and limits mold formation.

Factory Info

The factory covers more than 13,000 m² and manufactures RV covers, wheel covers, car covers, boat covers, patio covers and jack covers. Each production step is staffed with four quality inspectors and the product qualification rate is 99%. The plant employs more than 150 staff, including five technical specialists and six quality inspectors.
The main production process comprises cutting, sewing and packing.
Equipment includes 80 flatbed sewing machines, 10 multi-needle flat sewing machines, 3 tacking machines, heat-sealing tape machines and overwrapping machines.
